I direct the C. E. Williams Middle School Choral department, and each spring we take a performance trip somewhere in the southeast. For the past three years, I have had the greatest difficulty with my chartered bus services. We have experienced horror stories that you could never imagine! Until this year. We originally booked our trip through an agency we located on the Internet; however, we were dismayed the week before our trip when we discovered our trip had been subbed out. Then your marvelous company appeared in our parking lot the morning of our trip! Wow, were we impressed from the beginning. Your buses are incredible -- new, well-equipped and just beautiful. But the crowning glory of your company was the two excellent drivers we were supplied. Mr. Lesley and Mr. Ford welcomed me and my students and made us feel as if we were special people they had the privilege of serving. Mr. Lesley and Mr. Ford were the highlight of our trip! They were the consummate professionals, yet they were friendly and open and made our trip even more fun than we could ever have imagined! We have given your company's information to every school in West Ashley and will continue to highly recommend Swept Away Tours to everyone we know. I will always insist on booking with your company (and I will decide where we're going next year during the summer so I can be assured your company will be available!), and I will request Mr. Lesley and Mr. Ford whenever we travel. Thank you Swept Away Tours for sending Mr. Leslie and Mr. Ford Davis, Ken [Ken.Davis@digitalinsight.com] I would have to say that this vacation was one of the most enjoyable in recent memory and this is heavily due to the fact that we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Swept Away Tours sent Mr. Leslie and Mr. Ford to our front yard and it was a pleasant ride from then on. Changes in plan and schedules due to personal issues were never an issue for Mr. Leslie and Mr. Ford. It was almost as if they were part of our extended family for our 2007 Gant/Lockhart Family Reunion. Mr. Leslie and Mr. Ford were the most pleasant and polite drivers we could ever ask for and we thank you! Most notable was the way these two gentlemen treated my grandmother. My grandmother has the need to stretch her legs every couple of hours and usually needs help on and off of the bus. Mr. Leslie and Mr. Ford were there every time to lend a helping hand by making sure the wheelchair was in place and ready. If your company has anything to do with the way these two gentlemen treat their customers, then you have nothing to worry about because safe drivers that are also courteous, polite, and professional is a win-win for all parties involved.
